Delivery includes more than working code. We agree the documentation, deployment arrangements, knowledge transfer and responsibilities needed to put the software into use. Source-code access, ownership and licensing arrangements are defined for the engagement.

Government Offices’ Integrated Management System – Management Information System (GOIMS MIS)(Kormányhivatali Integrált Irányítástámogatási Rendszer – Vezetői Információs Rendszer, KIIR VIR)
iCode was the lead developer and solution architect for the Management Information System (MIS) within Hungary’s Government Offices’ Integrated Management System (GOIMS), known in Hungarian as KIIR VIR. It brings together data from government offices to provide senior officials in the Prime Minister’s Office and leaders of government offices with essential information on finances, staffing, case management and customer service through dashboards and interactive reports.
The five integrated sources are the KIIR GR Financial Management System, NEXONhr for human resources management, the EKEIDR (Poszeidon) Document and Records Management System, the Customer Service Desk system by Multimex for calling and queuing customers at government service offices, and the MMR Operations Management System for operations and help desk support.
The scope included five source systems, six analytical areas and approximately 80 reports. The work combined data preparation, automated collection, system integration and reporting interfaces.
