The search service makes Hungarian national legislation and municipal decrees accessible through natural-language questions. It connects understandable answers to the underlying legal texts, giving users a direct route to inspect the basis of the information.

iCode led development and solution architecture for the AI search solution. The work combined legal-document processing, semantic retrieval, reranking and answer generation in an integrated application.
Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) uses material retrieved from a document collection to inform the answer. Here, processing takes account of legal text structure, retrieval finds passages related to the meaning of the question, and reranking prioritises the relevant material. The answer includes links to its sources so users can examine the legislation themselves.
